Receding Hairlines in Men
Written by Henry Jansky
Have you ever wondered why you are losing your hairline at such a young age? What is the science behind it? Well, it’s a very fascinating process and it’s nothing to be worried about as it’s mostly a natural phenomenon that is intrinsic to who we are as men.
Heredity
Genetics is the most common cause of hair loss. Hereditary-pattern baldness is not really a sign of being unhealthy, but a natural condition caused by a combination of genetics and hormone levels. This part is completely fate and as stated, not due to issues that could’ve been prevented health-wise. Nature has taken its course with you along with it; embrace that.
Lack Of Nutrition
The nutrients we take in are a large part of our hair health. Our diet plays an intricate role as a contributing factor to baldness. It’s important for us to get the proper amount of protein, vitamins A, B5, C, D, and E, omega-3 fatty acids, copper, zinc, iron, potassium, folic acid, and biotin, among other vitamins and minerals. Deficiencies in nutrients, vitamins, and essential fats can cause hair loss for men.
Dihydrotestosterone
This male sex steroid is testosterone but a much stronger version of it. It’s converted from testosterone. And it will cause thinning of your hair which will lead to a pattern of baldness as you age. It can be based on genetics.
